FeedWind Plans FAQ

Here are some answers to questions you may have:

Q. What plans are available?

There are three plans available: Basic, Pro and Plus. See below for more details about each plan. To just choose a plan, please visit our Plans page.

Q. How do I subscribe to FeedWind Pro or Plus plans?

To subscribe and remove the branding link below your widget(s), simply click on the button for Pro/Plus plan you wish to subscribe to at the plans page.

Q. I subscribed to FeedWind Basic/Pro/Plus – what happens next?

You should receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your payment and the expiration date of your subscription. If you subscribed Pro or Plus plans, the “Powered by FeedWind” branding below your widget can be removed using the ON/OFF option on the setup screen.

Q. How does the 30-day trial work?

When you select the 30-day trial plan you will be given full access to the Plus plan 30 days. No payment details are required for the trial period. At the end of the 30 days, you can make payment for an annual subscription (Basic, Pro or Plus) plan or your widget will automatically get disabled.

Q. What happens to the widgets I created in my 30-day trial plan if I do not subscribe?

If you take out a 30-day trial, you will be able to store 1, 15 or 50 widgets (depending on the plan you chose). If you do not take out a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, your widget(s) will be disalbed. However, although not accessible, any remaining widgets will still be present in your dashboard. If you take out a paid plan at a future date, those widgets will become available again.

Q. How do I remove the Powered by FeedWind branding below my widgets?

First, you will need to be subscribed to Pro/Plus. Then when you visit the setup screen where you create and edit your widgets, You will find a toggle switch to turn off the Powered by FeedWind branding in the “General” section of the setup screen.

Q. Can I brand my Pro/Plus widgets?

Yes. You can add your own branding to FeedWind Pro/plus widgets as desired. To find out more about how to custom style a widget, please refer to our support documentation. You can also use custom CSS to design your widget to match any site design and branding.

Q. Can I add more RSS URLs or make other changes to my widgets after I have created/saved them?

Yes. You can replace, add to, or remove RSS URLs as required up to the 1/20 URL limit allowed in your plan. You can also change any other setting of your widget as you please. Do remember to save after you make changes. Also, you don’t need to copy the code again; any updates you make in the settings page will be automatically reflected on the sites where you installed your widget. A page refresh is all that’s required to see changes made to a widget at the site where it is installed.
