Here is the Feedwind crawler IP address list. You may require these in the event that your firewall or other network security measure is blocking or limiting our crawler access. We need this access to feed sources in order to ensure your feed widget is up to date (we crawl every 5 minutes to 5 hours depending on a user’s plan). When the FeedWind crawler IP address is blocked, your widget will display an error. There are two possible scenarios:

1. If your feed sources are under your control, you can make the adjustments yourself using the table below and your firewall/security settings.

2. If a third party is publishing the feed you are using and it does not update to to a crawler block, you will need to inform the webmaster for the feed source that FeedWind cannot crawl the feed.

Sometimes our crawler is mistaken for a malicious/scraper bot (it isn’t!) so it is occasionally necessary to have our IP’s unblocked at the feed source. If you encounter problems related to this, please contact FeedWind support using the contact tab at the bottom of the setup screen and we will assist.
